Catching up

Ok I thought having a blog would be a good idea and I'm really not sure where to start. Well I'll start by catching you up fast on what's been going on in my life the past few years. After graduating from Ridgeview High School (in Bakersfield, CA) in 2006 I went to LDS Business College to start my generals. For those that don't know LDSBC is in downtown Salt Lake City, UT. It was a great experience and a fun two years. I tried to balance out hanging out with friends, dating, and school... and some how I managed ;) I graduated on April 10, 2008. I was accepted to BYU Provo as a transfer student and will be attending there this coming fall as a Jr. which is very exciting! I can't wait to start my major. I want to be a marriage and family therapist and hope that I can help in any way to keep families together and happy. I'm not sure exactly what my life is going to bring, but whatever comes along I'm excited and it will be great! Life is a blast!!!

As of right now, I'm home in Bakersfield, CA for the summer. I'm working as a secretary for a small company. I'm loving spending time with my family. Camie and Juan just had a little baby girl on May 22. Her name is Leyna and she is absolutely beautiful! My little niece Alaura (Brooke and Eric's daughter) is beautiful as ever and my little brother Caiden is getting so hansom and big. It's crazy to see how fast these precious little kids grow. My dad got a job in UT in March and has been there since. My mom, little sisters, and little brother will be following him as soon as the house gets sold or rented. It's exciting that they will be moving to UT but really hard to leave Brooke and Camie (especially their little ones) Well that's about everything that's going on right now =)

I'll keep you posted with new things that are happening and as soon as I get the hang of this thing I'm going to try and post some pictures of the last few years =)
