Happy Valentine's Day!!

We had a fun Valentine's Day! Dad, mom, and Grammy gave us kids Valentines and we went to Olive Garden as a family. Lyndsey and I were matching and we waited for a table for the rest of the fam while they went to walgreens. We acting like we were each other's valentines haha. I held onto her arm and we talked all mooshy to each other... I don't know what other people thought but we had fun being dorks haha
We had a very slowy Valentine's Day
Dad got this for mom... so cute!!!

Dad got us chocolate apples that had a gummy warm inside... we loved them!

Some random/fun pictures

All of these pics were taken around February 8, 2009... I'm starting to get caught up!
Mom pulled out of the driveway and forgot that she might need to shovel the snow, so she got stuck and when we finally got the car out we shoveled the whole driveway... well mostly mom did... man it's a tiring job shoveling snow

And here's Caiden waiting for us in the car... I think he was getting a little sleep lol

Here's Caiden playing with his favorite toys from Christmas, train tracks with Thomas the train and his train friends

And some more photography taken by Caiden =)

Lyndsey and Dad are enjoying eating something..........

And what is it Dad and Lyndsey and eating??.... Nast looking sardines... I can't get over how sick they look! Dad loooves sardines and so pretty much every year he gets some in his stocking for Christmas and mints for mom haha

Ooooouch!

I got my wisdom teeth out!
These pictures were taken two days after I got them out (I got them out on February 6, 2009) so it's not quite as swollen but I never did get very swollen luckily. On that Friday when I got them out I went to the Draper Temple open house. I'm so glad I went, even though it went a lot longer than I had planned and I was a half hour late to my dentist appointment. It was beautiful and I was so happy I got to go through it, that was my first open house I have ever gone through. So, back to my wisdom teeth... Dr. Jones told me that if he had known that my teeth were going to be so difficult to get out he would have referred me to an oral surgoen, which I am sooo greatfull he didn't know because we didn't have insurrance to cover this so an oral surgeon would have been a looot more. I definitley count my blessings. It was pretty funny though because while he was taking them out he going off on how hard it was and told me I have concrete bones that did not want to let go of my teeth haha. Well other than it being very difficult for Dr. Jones everything very well, and I am so grateful for that. They don't hurt at all anymore but I still do have two holes in my gums where food still gets stuck in them haha. It's kind of grosse but I know they'll close up eventually and I'm glad to have them out

Iceskating!

On January 19, 2009 we went iceskating as a family. It's cool because every year they open the iceskating rink for the public for free and serve cookies and hotchocolate. It was a lot of fun and free!
We've waited in line and finally got our skates in the right sizes
I love this picture of him =)
Almost ready!
And ready to go!
If you can't tell mom is walking with Caiden in her shoes and Caiden has his shoes off. My mom couldn't even stand of in the skates (it was pretty entertaining to watch her try and get on the ice in them haha) and Caiden did not want to wear iceskates, so we didn't even try to put them on him. He and mom had fun just walking around the rink though... until they got kicked off for wearing shoes ha

Dad and I =)
Courtney, Lyndsey, and me
Lyndsey is pointing to her foot. Those skates were killing her ankle for some reason, she was pretty sore after
Other than any sore ankles from the iceskates, we had a looot of fun!
Dad and Caiden =)

More fun pics =)

Caiden loves taking the camera and taking pictures of EVERYTHING around the house. He has seriously taken over a hundred so I just picked a few. He's taken pictures of sealing fans, beds, half of our faces, and just random stuff. He's a cutie, we have to hide the camera now because we're affraid he'll break it. I think mom and dad need to get him a kid camera like Alaura's, he'd love it
I just thoutht this one looked cool

I was in the bathroom getting ready when Caiden started taking pictures, here's one of his favorite toy he got for Christmas, Thomas the Train
Thats Caiden's shadow
And here is one of the many pictures he took of all of piled on mom and dad's bed
Lyndsey was rolling around on our yoga balls and Caiden thought it looked fun so he jumped on her and Lyndsey kept rolling back and forth with him on her. He thought it was the funnest thing, he was laughing sooo hard it was funny

Winter sunsets!

If you ask my family, you know that I loooove sunsets and clouds and our house has the most gorgeous sunsets... I love it! One of my favorite God creations =)

Caiden's Christmas tree!

We were putting Christmas decorations away (always a sad day) on January 10. We took some pictures of Caiden's Christmas tree. My parents put it in his room and he decorated it himself and loved to turn on the lights. He loved that tree!
